Terms and conditions
By booking a tour with Ice Lagoon ehf, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All guests must follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided by Ice Lagoon staff and guides at all times.
- Guests are required to wear all safety equipment provided, including flotation suits and life jackets, when instructed to do so.
- Participation in Zodiac Boat Tours involves outdoor activities and exposure to natural conditions. While Ice Lagoon takes all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety, participation is at the guest’s own risk.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are physically capable of participating in the tour. Any medical condition, injury, or other circumstance that may affect participation should be disclosed to Ice Lagoon prior to departure.
- Ice Lagoon reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest from a tour if their behaviour is considered unsafe or if they fail to follow safety instructions.
- Tours may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather conditions, ice conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond Ice Lagoon’s control.
- Ice Lagoon is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
- Guests must check in 10 minutes before the time shown on their ticket. Tours operate on a strict schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
- Guests who have not checked in on time may be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy
- Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before tour time are non-refundable.
- Guests who fail to check in 10 minutes before the time on their ticket may be treated as a no-show. No-show bookings are non-refundable.
- Requests to change the date or time on bookings are subject to availability. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If Ice Lagoon cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, operational reasons, or circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund for their booking.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for banks or card issuers to complete the transaction.
